Shift assignment definition

Shift assignment means the shift and any parameters associated with the shift, which may include, without limitation, work days, work hours, days off, work locations, and work assignments, collectively the shift assignment elements.

Shift assignment. A one (1) year period, to begin on a date determined by the Department, that an officer works on a designated shift as determined by seniority through the shift selection process.   • First Assignment means: the relevant Assignment; orif, prior to the relevant Assignment:

  • Loan Assignment has the meaning set forth in the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
