Shift Caregivers definition

Shift Caregivers means caregivers who, by written exception of the Division, are responsible for providing care for regularly scheduled periods of time, such as 8 or 12 hours, in homes where there is no provider or resident manager living in the home.
Shift Caregivers means caregivers who are responsible for providing care for regularly scheduled periods of time, including, but not limited to, 8, or 12 hours per day or night, in homes where there is no licensee, administrator, or resident manager living in the home.

  • Adult caregiver means an adult person whom a parent has au- thorized to provide temporary care for a child under Family Code Chapter 34. Family Code 34.0015(1)

  • Child Caregiver means an individual providing basic childcare service needs for Your minor children under the age of 18 while You are on the Trip without the minor children. The arrangement of being the Child Caregiver while You are on the Trip must be made 30 or more days prior to the Scheduled Departure Date.
