U.S.-flag vessel means a vessel of the United States or belonging to the United States, including any vessel registered or having national status under the laws of the United States.
Ship Mortgage means a Ship Mortgage or Additional Ship Mortgage substantially in the form of Exhibit E-2 to the 2008 Credit Agreement (with such changes as are reasonably consented to by the Collateral Agent to account for local law matters) made by the applicable Loan Party in favor of Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, together with an Earnings Assignment and an Insurance Assignment made by the applicable Loan Party for each Mortgaged Vessel, and such other agreements reasonably acceptable to Collateral Agent as shall be necessary to comply with applicable requirements of law and effective to grant in favor of Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties a first preferred mortgage within the meaning of the Ship Mortgage Act on the Mortgaged Vessel covered thereby, subject only to Permitted Liens.
Ship means a vessel of any type whatsoever operating in the marine environment and includes hydrofoil boats, air-cushion vehicles, submersibles, floating craft and fixed or floating platforms.
Bareboat Charter means the bareboat charter agreement to be executed by the Effective Date by the Borrower as owner and the Charterer as bareboat charterer.
Ships means, together, Ship A and Ship B and, in the singular, means either of them;
Foreign flag vessel means any vessel that is not a U.S.-flag vessel.
MARPOL 73/78 means the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (1973) as modified by the Protocol of 1978 relating thereto;
Drop shipment means the sale of a prescription drug to a
Shipbuilding Contract means each of the Vessel A Shipbuilding Contract and the Vessel B Shipbuilding Contract and in the plural means both of them;
Delivery vessel means tank trucks or trailers equipped with a storage tank and used for the transport of gasoline from sources of supply to stationary tanks of gasoline dispensing facilities.
Flag means a piece of woven cloth or other material designed to be flown from a pole or mast.
Dispatch Instruction has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
cargo ship means any ship which is not a passenger ship;
Cargo vessel means a self-propelled ship in commerce, other than a tank vessel or a passenger vessel, three hundred or more gross tons, including but not limited to, commercial fish processing vessels and freighters.
Shipping container means a MIL-STD-129 defined exterior container that meets carrier regulations and is of sufficient strength, by reason of material, design, and construction, to be shipped safely without further packing (e.g., wooden boxes or crates, fiber and metal drums, and corrugated and solid fiberboard boxes).
Charter school means a school established pursuant to P.L.1995, c.426 (C.18A:36A-1 et seq.). "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Environmental Protection.
international voyage means a voyage from a country to which the present Convention applies to a port outside such country, or conversely.
Vessel means the vessel/craft belonging to the Contractor for carrying out the work.
LNG means liquefied natural gas.
Merchant Shipping Notice means a Notice described as such and issued by the MCA; and any reference to a particular Merchant Shipping Notice includes a reference to any document amending or replacing that Notice which is considered by the Secretary of State to be relevant from time to time and is specified in a Merchant Shipping Notice;
Undyed diesel fuel means diesel fuel that is not subject to the United States Environmental
Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per million.
ISSC means a valid and current International Ship Security Certificate issued under the ISPS Code;
SOLAS means the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974, as amended.
CFA Charter means the charter earned through the Chartered Financial Analyst program prepared and administered by the CFA Institute and so named on the day this Instrument comes into force, and every program that preceded that program, or succeeded that program, that does not have a significantly reduced scope and content when compared to the scope and content of the first-mentioned program;
Dyed diesel fuel means diesel fuel that meets the dyeing and marking requirements of 26 U.S.C.
