Ship Registry definition

Ship Registry means the ship registry of Panama and such other ship registry as approved by the Agent.
Ship Registry means the ship registry of an Acceptable Ship Registry or such other ship registry as is consented to by each of the Lenders and Secured Counterparties in accordance with Section 7.03(b).
Ship Registry means the Danish International Ship registry (DIS) with regards to main registration of the Vessels and the Brazilian ship registry with regards to bareboat registration of the Vessels and such other ship registry as approved by the Agent on behalf of the Lenders.

  • Company IP Registrations means all Company Intellectual Property that is subject to any issuance registration, application or other filing by, to or with any Governmental Authority or authorized private registrar in any jurisdiction, including registered trademarks, domain names and copyrights, issued and reissued patents and pending applications for any of the foregoing.

  • Deeds Registries Act means the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 (Act No. 47 of 1937);

  • Unit Register means the register of the Partnership for the registration and transfer of Limited Partnership Interests as provided in Section 4.5.

  • Registrar of Titles means, with respect to any state, the governmental agency or body responsible for the registration of, and the issuance of certificates of title relating to, motor vehicles and liens thereon.

  • Approved Flag State means the Xxxxxxxx Islands, Liberia or any other country in which the Agent, may in its sole and absolute discretion, approve that a Ship be registered;

  • Partnership Record Date means the record date established by the General Partner for a distribution pursuant to Section 5.1(a) hereof, which record date shall be the same as the record date established by the General Partner for a distribution to its stockholders of some or all of its portion of such distribution.

  • Public Register means the College’s register that is available to the public.

  • Register of Members means the register of Members maintained in accordance with the Statute and includes (except where otherwise stated) any branch or duplicate register of Members.

  • State of Registry means, in respect of an aircraft, the State on the national register of which an aircraft is entered or the State of location of the common mark registering authority maintaining the aircraft register.

  • Flag State means a State whose flag a ship is entitled to fly.
