Ship XXIX means the vessel registered in the name of Owner XXIX under an Approved Flag with the name “ATLANTAS II” (ex “BRITISH ENSIGN”), further details of which are set out opposite its name in Schedule 2
LOCKHEED XXXXXX means LOCKHEED XXXXXX CORPORATION, acting through its companies or business units as identified on the face of this Contract. If a subsidiary or affiliate of LOCKHEED XXXXXX CORPORATION is identified on the face of this Contract, then "LOCKHEED XXXXXX" means that subsidiary or affiliate.
COGSA means the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act of the United States of America approved on 16th April 1936.
MARPOL 73/78 means the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships, 1973, as amended by the Protocol of 1978 relating thereto and by any other amendment in force thereafter;
MI 61-101 means Multilateral Instrument 61-101 – Protection of Minority Security Holders in Special Transactions.
NI 51-101 means National Instrument 51-101 Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities;
NI 43-101 means National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects.
NI 44-101 means National Instrument 44-101 – Short Form Prospectus Distributions;
NI 58-101 means National Instrument 58-101 Disclosure of Corporate Governance Practices;
PTCE 95-60 As defined in Section 5.02(b). PUD: A planned unit development.
Ship means a vessel of any type whatsoever operating in the marine environment and includes hydrofoil boats, air-cushion vehicles, submersibles, floating craft and fixed or floating platforms.
NI 51-102 means National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations;
NI 41-101 means National Instrument 41-101 – General Prospectus Requirements;
Master plumber means an individual who possesses the necessary skills and qualifications to plan and supervise the installation of plumbing and who is licensed as a master plumber.

LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Silicone-based Multi-purpose Lubricant means any lubricant which is:
Process weight means the total weight of all materials introduced into any source operation. Solid fuels charged will be considered as part of the process weight, but liquid and gaseous fuels and combustion air will not.
Pistol means any firearm with a barrel less than sixteen inches in length, or is designed to be held and fired by the use of a single hand.
Contract Number means, with respect to any Contract included in the Trust, the number assigned to such Contract by the Servicer, which number is set forth in the related Schedule of Contracts.
