Shipment Charges definition

Shipment Charges means the charges specified in clause 10.3;

Examples of Shipment Charges in a sentence

  • Where Sonardyne arranges for shipment, it does so as agent for, and at the risk, of the Customer and Shipment Charges shall be levied in addition to the Charges at cost plus 15% unless otherwise expressly agreed by Sonardyne in writing in this Agreement.

Related to Shipment Charges

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.
