Shortfall Agreement definition

Shortfall Agreement means the letter agreement between Whitehall XI and MPLP, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Shortfall Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the LLC Agreement.
Shortfall Agreement means the Shortfall Agreement dated as of the date hereof between the Company and AIG-FP, substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto.
