Significant Waiver definition

Significant Waiver means any waiver of the CPC Policy identified in Appendix B to this Agreement. Sponsor has the meaning ascribed to that term in TSX Venture Policy 1. 1 - Interpretation. Target Company has the meaning ascribed to that term in the CPC Policy.

  • Serious emotional disturbance means a diagnosable mental, behavioral, or emotional disorder affecting a minor that exists or has existed during the past year for a period of time sufficient to meet diagnostic criteria specified in the most recent Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders published by the American Psychiatric Association and approved by the department and that has resulted in functional impairment that substantially interferes with or limits the minor's role or functioning in family, school, or community activities.   • Significant break in coverage means a period of 63 consecutive days during each of which an individual does not have creditable coverage.

  • Significant emissions increase means, for a regulated NSR pollutant, an increase in emissions that is significant for that pollutant.

  • Significant Restricted Subsidiary means any Restricted Subsidiary, or group of Restricted Subsidiaries, that would, taken together, be a “significant subsidiary” as defined in Article 1, Rule 1-02 (w)(1) or (2) of Regulation S-X promulgated under the Securities Act, as such regulation is in effect on the Issue Date.

  • Significant emissions unit means an emissions unit that emits or has the potential to emit a PAL pollutant in an amount that is equal to or greater than the significant level (as defined in section 140 or in the Act, whichever is lower) for that PAL pollutant, but less than the amount that would qualify the unit as a major emissions unit as defined in section 079.

  • Significant other means that a relationship exists between two people, neither of whom is married, that is intended to remain indefinitely and where there is joint responsibility for each other’s common welfare, there are significant shared financial obligations, and they must be living together in a shared primary residence.   • Processes with Significant Environmental Aspects means the Equipment which, during regular operation or if not properly operated or maintained, may cause or are likely to cause an adverse effect.

  • Significant Holder means (i) each Purchaser, so long as it shall hold (or be committed under this Agreement to purchase) any Note, or (ii) any other holder of at least 5% of the aggregate principal amount of the Notes from time to time outstanding.
