Processes with Significant Environmental Aspects definition

Processes with Significant Environmental Aspects means the Equipment which, during regular operation or if not properly operated or maintained, may cause or are likely to cause an adverse effect.
Processes with Significant Environmental Aspects means the Equipment which, during regular operation, would discharge a contaminant or contaminants into the air at an amount which is not considered as negligible in accordance with section 26(1)4 of O. Reg. 419/05 and the Procedure Document.
