Signs and Auctions. Lessee shall not place any signs on the Premises without Lessor's prior written conxxxx. Lessee shall not conduct, nor permit to be conducted, either voluntarily or involuntarily, any auctions or sheriff's sales from the Premises without having first obtained Lessor's prior written conxxxx, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
