Similar Theme Park definition

Similar Theme Park means a theme park where the primary thematic content is based upon one or more Key Elements, individually or in the aggregate and has an area in excess of 50 acres. The term “Other UniCo Park” means any Similar Theme Park (other than in the State of Florida) in which an equity interest is held by UniCo or any of its affiliates.
