Simulated Weapon definition

Simulated Weapon means an instrument displayed or presented as a weapon.
Simulated Weapon means, but does not include fireworks imported, distributed or used in compliance with state laws or local ordinances, any propellant, propellant actuated devices or propellant actuated industrial tools that are manufactured, imported or distributed for their intended purposes or a device that is commercially manufactured primarily for the purpose of illumination, including any of the following:
Simulated Weapon means any item or object that is manufactured or designed to appear as though it is a weapon regardless of whether it is capable of inflicting injury or damage.

Simulated Weapon means any device which, while not operational as a weapon, is designed to appear or appears as a weapon, or which may be used to intimidate or simulate a weapon.

  • Simulated means the explicit depiction of sexual conduct which creates the appearance of such conduct and which exhibits any uncovered portion of the breasts, genitals, or buttocks.

  • Weapon means a firearm as defined in 18 USC §921 for purposes of the Gun-Free Schools Act. It also means any other gun, BB gun, pistol, revolver, shotgun, rifle, machine gun, disguised gun, dagger, dirk, razor, stiletto, switchblade knife, gravity knife, brass knuckles, sling shot, metal knuckle knife, box cutters, cane sword, electronic dart gun, Kung Fu star, electronic stun gun, pepper spray or other noxious spray, explosive or incendiary bomb, or other device, instrument, material or substance that can cause physical injury or death when used to cause physical injury or death.
