Single Adjudicator definition

Single Adjudicator means the VHCC Appeals Panel member appointed to hear a VHCC appeal made in accordance with Section 6;
Single Adjudicator means the Panel member appointed under these Arrangements to hear a VHCC appeal; and “Adjudicator” has the same meaning

Examples of Single Adjudicator in a sentence

  • The Single Adjudicator will determine the appeal within ten Business Days.

  • Where the appeal is to be determined by a Single Adjudicator, the appeal bundle will be sent to them within ten Business Days.

  • We will arrange the date of the appeal hearing within twenty Business Days of the date of our appeal response pursuant to Paragraph 6.13 or the date of the decision made by the Single Adjudicator, pursuant to Paragraph 6.7.

  • The decision made by the Single Adjudicator will be communicated in writing within five Business Days of the decision.

  • Subject to Paragraphs 6.7 and 6.8 of this Specification, appeal decisions will be made on the papers by a Single Adjudicator.

  • Where the Single Adjudicator decides that the appeal should be heard by the VHCC Appeals Committee, then we will arrange an appeal hearing in accordance with Paragraph 6.18.

  • Where the Single Adjudicator or the CCU decides that the appeal should be heard by the VHCC Appeals Committee, then we will arrange an appeal hearing in accordance with Paragraph 6.18.

Related to Single Adjudicator

  • Adjudicator means an adjudicator acting in terms of the Community Schemes Ombud Service Act, 2011 (Act No. 9 of 2011);

  • Performance Indicator means a measure of HSP performance for which a Performance Target is set; technical specifications of specific Performance Indicators can be found in the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document;

  • Finding means a decision, determination or ruling made in the course of proceedings that does not finally decide, determine or dispose of the matter to which the proceedings relate;

  • Settlement Cycle means the period of Clearance System Business Days following a transaction on the Relevant Exchange in the Underlying, during which period settlement will customarily take place according to the rules of such Relevant Exchange.

  • Final Adverse Benefit Determination means an adverse benefit determination that is upheld at the completion of a health plan issuer’s internal appeals process.

  • Adverse Benefit Determination means any of the following:

  • Portfolio Loss means the loss realized on either (i) a portfolio sale of Single Family Shared-Loss Loans in accordance with the terms of Article IV or (ii) the sale of a loan with the consent of the Receiver as provided in Section 2.7.

  • Final Internal Adverse Benefit Determination means an Adverse Benefit Determination that has been upheld by BCBSTX at the completion of BCBSTX’s internal review/appeal process.
