Single Business Return definition

Single Business Return means any Tax Return including any consolidated, combined or unitary Tax Return, that reflects or reports Tax Items relating only to the Fluent Business, on the one hand, or the IDI Business, on the other (but not both).
Single Business Return means any Separate Return (including any consolidated, combined, unitary or other similar Return) that relates to assets or activities of only the BGC Business, on the one hand, or the Newmark Business, on the other hand (but not both).

  • In the event that any dispute is not resolved (whether pursuant to good faith negotiations among the Parties or by the Accounting Firm) prior to the Due Date for the filing of any Single Business Return, such Single Business Return shall be timely filed by the Single Business Return Preparing Party and the Parties agree to amend such Single Business Return as necessary to reflect the resolution of such dispute in a manner consistent with such resolution.
