Single Family is a preface that means that a Mortgage Loan is secured by a Mortgage covering real property improved by a one-, two-, three- or four-family residence.
Single-family dwelling means a private residence provided with sleeping and cooking facilities intended for domestic use and in which the occupants live as a single housekeeping unit that is not part of a Multiple Dwelling;
Dwelling, single-family means a detached building designed for or occupied exclusively by one family.
Single-family dwelling unit means a structure that is usually occupied by just one household or family and for the purposes of this Policy is expected to generate an average of 250 gallons per day of wastewater.
Single-family housing means housing accommodations designed as a residence for not more than 1 family.
Single Family Shared-Loss Loan means a single family one-to-four owner- occupied residential mortgage loan, excluding Home Equity Loans, that is secured by a mortgage on a one-to four family residence or stock of a cooperative housing association.
Single Family Property A one-unit residential property.
Single Family Shared-Loss Loans means the single family one-to-four residential mortgage loans (whether owned by the Assuming Bank or any Subsidiary) identified on Schedule 4.15A of the Purchase and Assumption Agreement.
single detached dwelling means a completely detached Building containing only one Dwelling Unit;
Single use means products or items that are intended for one-time, one-person use and are disposed of after use on each client, including cotton swabs or balls, tissues or paper products, paper or plastic cups, gauze and sanitary coverings, razors, piercing needles, scalpel blades, stencils, ink cups, and protective gloves.
Single coat means one film coating applied to a metal surface.
Single Tranche means the amount of the Financing allocated to the category entitled “Single Tranche” in the table set forth in Part B of Section II of Schedule 1 to this Agreement.
Single-family residence means a structure maintained and used as a single dwelling unit. Notwithstanding that a dwelling unit shares one or more walls with another dwelling unit, it is a single family residence if it has direct access to a street or thoroughfare and shares neither heating facilities, hot water equipment, nor any other essential facility or service with another dwelling unit.
Buydown means an arrangement or arrangements involving the
single detached dwelling unit means a residential building consisting of one dwelling unit and not attached to another structure;
Multiple-family dwelling means a property containing 5 or more residential units, including those which are occupied seasonally.
Single Certificate With respect to any Class of Certificates (other than the Class P Certificates and the Residual Certificates), a hypothetical Certificate of such Class evidencing a Percentage Interest for such Class corresponding to an initial Certificate Principal Balance or Notional Amount of $1,000. With respect to the Class P Certificates and the Residual Certificates, a hypothetical Certificate of such Class evidencing a 20% Percentage Interest in such Class.
Buydown Fund A fund provided by the originator of a Mortgage Loan or another Person with respect to a Buydown Loan which provides an amount sufficient to subsidize regularly scheduled principal and interest payments due on such Buydown Loan for a period. Buydown Funds may be (i) funded at the par values of future payment subsidies, or (ii) funded in an amount less than the par values of future payment subsidies, and determined by discounting such par values in accordance with interest accruing on such amounts, in which event they will be deposited in an account bearing interest. Buydown Funds may be held in a separate Buydown Fund Account or may be held in a Custodial Account for P&I or a Custodial Account for Reserves and monitored by a Servicer.
Buydown Funds Any amount contributed by the seller of a Mortgaged Property, the Company or other source in order to enable the Mortgagor to reduce the payments required to be made from the Mortgagor's funds in the early years of a Mortgage Loan. Buydown Funds are not part of the Trust Fund prior to deposit into the Custodial or Certificate Account.
Available Facility means, in relation to a Facility, the aggregate for the time being of each Lender’s Available Commitment in respect of that Facility.
Buydown Loan A Mortgage Loan for which the Mortgage Interest Rate has been subsidized through a Buydown Fund provided at the time of origination of such Mortgage Loan.
Single Premium means the Premium amount specified in the Schedule payable in Lump Sum at the inception of the Policy. No further Premiums are payable under this Policy.
Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.
Adjustment Escrow Fund means the Adjustment Escrow Amount deposited with the Escrow Agent, as such amount may be increased or decreased as provided in this Agreement and the Escrow Agreement, including any remaining interest or other amounts earned thereon.
Adjustment Escrow Funds means, at any time, the portion of the Adjustment Escrow Amount then remaining in the Adjustment Escrow Account.
Available Facility Amount shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 2B(1).
