Single Family Lots definition

Single Family Lots means those Lots on which detached single family dwellings shall be erected, and shall mean and refer to each and every one of the Lots so designated and described in this Declaration and in any Supplementary Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions made by the Declarant or others pursuant to the provisions of Article II of this Declaration.
Single Family Lots or "Lots" as used herein shall mean and refer to all those parcels or tracts of land within the Properties intended for subdivision or subdivided into Properties or lots intended for the construction of detached dwelling units including Single Family A (Conventional) and Single Family C (Cluster), and attached Single Family D (Duplex) as defined and controlled by the applicable zoning for Adams Farm granted by the Guilford County Commissioners.

  • Landscaping in and next to the front entry, porch, or driveway areas on Single Family Lots shall be subject to prior written approval by the Reviewing Body.
