  • Prior to the Initial Site Mobilization by Contractor and continuing through the Final Acceptance Date, Owner shall obtain and maintain in force an “All Risk” Installation and Builder’s Risk Insurance Policy (the “Builder’s Risk Policy”) in an amount at least equal to the full replacement value of the Facility.

  • Mobilization means establishment of sufficiently adequate infrastructure by the CONTRACTOR at "SITE" comprising of construction equipments, aids, tools tackles including setting of site offices with facilities such as power, water, communication etc. establishing manpower organisation comprising of Resident Engineers, Supervising personnel and an adequate strength of skilled, semi-skilled and un-skilled workers, who with the so established infrastructure shall be in a position to commence execution of work at site(s), in accordance with the agreed Time Schedule of Completion of Work. "Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.
