Site Personnel means all workers and staff employed by the Contractor or his sub-contractor of all tiers including Specialist Sub-contractors and Nominated Sub-contractors, except self-employed workers, engaged for the execution of the Works on Site and Site Personnel may include consultants engaged on site by the Contractor for the execution of works.
