Site Survey Fee definition

Site Survey Fee shall have the meaning set out in paragraph 2.9.1.
Site Survey Fee means the fee prescribed by TFL from time to time as its fee for the site survey. “Application Form” means the form prescribed by TFL and used by the Customer to subscribe for the Service.

  • CLEC ordering a Special Site, in addition to the standard Collocation rates, will also be charged a nonrecurring Network Systems Administration Fee for the systems and record updates required to transfer the Collocation Site to assuming CLEC and, if a site survey is requested by CLEC, a Site Survey Fee.

  • The Institution agrees to pay all accreditation fees, including but not limited to the Site Survey Fee, by the deadline listed in the invoice to the Institution.

Related to Site Survey Fee

  • Existing Survey means the existing ALTA survey of the Property.

  • Survey area means the area of land or waters the subject of a Survey, or proposed to be the subject of a Survey.

  • Survey means a survey of the Property prepared by a surveyor licensed in the State and satisfactory to Lender and the company or companies issuing the Title Insurance Policy, and containing a certification of such surveyor satisfactory to Lender.

  • Architect/Engineer means the individual, individuals, and or firm identified as the “Architect- Engineer” in the preamble of Contract executed by and between the District and the Architect- Engineer for the Project.

  • Land surveyor means a person who, by reason of his knowledge of the several sciences and of the principles of land surveying, and of the planning and design of land developments acquired by practical experience and formal education, is qualified to engage in the practice of land surveying, and whose competence has been attested by the Board through licensure as a land surveyor.
