Site Work Plans. Site Work Plans" shall mean those certain drawings and plans to include schematics, preliminary and working drawings, designs, specifications, criteria and progress reports, as amended and revised from time to time (including during the Site Work in accordance with Section 2.2 hereof), with respect to the Site Work, described on Exhibit "D" hereto, and shall include and reflect, without limitation, easements for the installation, use, maintenance, repair, replacement, relocation, restoration and/or removal of all Site Work.
Site Work Plans and "Interior Plans" that have been, or will be, approved by Buyer and Seller pursuant to the Work Letter Agreement. The Build-to-Suit Parcel consists of approximately 4.42 acres (approximately 192,906 square feet) and the Expansion Parcel consists of approximately 1.88 acres (approximately 81,829 square feet), for a total of approximately 6.3 acres (approximately 274,735 square feet) of land located in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, as determined by a survey of the Build-to-Suit Parcel and Expansion Parcel prepared by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Engineering Associates ("Sikand"). The Building Shell Improvements will include an approximately 85,000 square foot building with an approximately 75,000 square foot footprint and 10,000 square feet of mezzanine space. The Site Improvements will include related on-site and offsite improvements that will be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications that are approved by Buyer and Seller pursuant to the Work Letter Agreement. The Interior Improvements will include certain interior improvements that are constructed pursuant to the Interior Plans that have been approved by Buyer and Seller pursuant to the Work Letter Agreement so that the Improvements can be used by Buyer for Buyer's conduct of its manufacturing business on the Property in accordance with the CC&R's (as defined in Section 7.07). The Building Shell Improvements shall consist of a concrete tilt-up industrial building that will be constructed substantially in accordance with the most recent Uniform Building Code and other applicable laws, codes and regulations.
Site Work Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2 hereof. "Soccer Stadium" shall have the meaning set forth in Recital D hereof.

Examples of Site Work Plans in a sentence

  • The Site Work Plans and all revised Site Work Plans (which shall clearly identify all changes from the previously approved Site Work Plans) shall be subject to the process and time period for approval each month that is set forth in Section 3.1 of the REA.

  • Site Work Plans and Building Construction Drawings (collectively, “Construction Documents”) for a Project are completed by the Project’s Architect and checked by the City for conformance with the Design Development Drawings Review.

  • Landlord agrees that the Common Areas shall be designed and constructed substantially in accordance with the Building and Site Work Plans and Specifications and maintained at all times throughout the term of this Lease so that 18-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ trucks, UPS delivery trucks and other similar delivery vehicles shall have reasonable ingress and egress to and from adjacent right-of-ways and those areas shown on Exhibit “A-5” hereto.

  • Landlord will provide Tenant with a 50% complete set of Building and Site Work Plans and Specifications and a 100% complete set of Building and Site Work Plans and Specifications for review.

  • Tenant acknowledges that the Building and Site Work Plans and Specifications may be submitted to Tenant in phases.

  • Such procedure for notice of requested changes and revisions shall be repeated with respect to any revisions to the Building and Site Work Plans and Specifications until same are approved in writing by Landlord and Tenant, in accordance with this Section 2.02A and the Project Schedule, with Landlord and Tenant agreeing to act reasonably, diligently and in good faith with respect thereto.

  • In the event that the Franchisee fails to pay any Royalties within 14 days after they are due, the Franchisee shall, in addition to such Royalties, pay a late charge equivalent to 18% of the late Royalty payment; provided, however, in no event shall the Franchisee be required to pay a late payment at a rate greater than the maximum interest rate permitted by applicable law.

  • Landlord shall provide Tenant with written notice two (2) days prior to the deadline for approval of the 100% complete Building and Site Work Plans and Specifications.

Related to Site Work Plans

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Site / Work place means the lands and other spaces above & below the ground level on which the works are to be carried out, any other lands or places provided by the Owner for the purpose of the Contract.

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.

  • Development Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
