sitting fee definition

sitting fee means a set fee charged to a player that will cover the period of time from when the player commences play at a table until the player ceases play and leaves the table in accordance with rule 3.3.4;
sitting fee means any fee approved by Ordinary Members in accordance with Rule 3(c)(v).

  • Ticking Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(b).

  • Closing Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.09(c).

  • Tipping Fee ’ means a fee or support price determined by the local authorities or any state agency authorised by the State government to be paid to the concessionaire or operator of waste processing facility or for disposal of residual solid waste at the landfill ;

  • Late Payment Fee means the excess of the Price Differential paid as a result of its calculation at the Post-Default Rate over the Price Differential as would have been calculated at the Pricing Rate.

  • Marketing Fee means the fee payable to the Marketer for services it provides to the Trust, which the Sponsor shall pay the Marketer as a Sponsor-paid Expense.
