Size of Reduction definition

Size of Reduction has the meaning set forth in Appendix E.
Size of Reduction shall have the following meaning. The "Size of Reduction" for a Forced Derating shall be determined by Seller and shall be based upon observed output of a typical unit having the same equipment problems under similar operating and environmental conditions. Buyer may request Seller to justify the size of the reduction through provision of reasonably available historical operating records in support of Seller's selection of the Size of Reduction

Examples of Size of Reduction in a sentence

  • The "Size of Reduction" for a Forced Derating shall be determined by Seller and shall be based upon observed output of a typical unit having the same equipment problems under similar operating and environmental conditions.

  • Size of Reduction is determined by subtracting the Net Available Capacity (NAC) from the Net Dependable Capacity (NDC).

Related to Size of Reduction

  • Notice of Reduction means a notice of a reduction of the Advances Outstanding pursuant to Section 2.18, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit G.

  • Notice of Redemption means the Notice of Redemption substantially in the form of Exhibit B to this Agreement.

  • Aggregate Reduction has the meaning specified in Section 1.3.

  • Waste reduction , or “pollution prevention” means the practice of minimizing the generation of waste at the source and, when wastes cannot be prevented, utilizing environmentally sound on-site or off-site reuse and recycling. The term includes equipment or technology modifications, process or procedure modifications, product reformulation or redesign, and raw material substitutions. Waste treatment, control, management, and disposal are not considered pollution prevention, per the definitions under Part 143, Waste Minimization, of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act (NREPA), 1994 PA 451, as amended.

  • Reduction means measures designed to reduce or eliminate human exposure to lead-based paint hazards through methods including interim controls and abatement.

  • extended reduction means a reduction under this scheme for which a person is eligible under Part 12 (extended reductions);

  • Source reduction means any practice that reduces the amount of any hazardous substance, pollutant, or contaminant entering any waste stream or otherwise released into the environment prior to recycling, energy recovery, treatment, or disposal.

  • Reduction in Force means abolition of positions in an agency or part of an agency and the corresponding nondisciplinary removal of affected employees from such positions through separation from employment or through displacement to other positions.

  • Potential Change in Control Period shall commence upon the occurrence of a Potential Change in Control and shall lapse upon the occurrence of a Change in Control or, if earlier (i) with respect to a Potential Change in Control occurring pursuant to Section 18.15(A), immediately upon the abandonment or termination of the applicable agreement, (ii) with respect to a Potential Change in Control occurring pursuant to Section 18.15(B), immediately upon a public announcement by the applicable party that such party has abandoned its intention to take or consider taking actions which if consummated would result in a Change in Control or (iii) with respect to a Potential Change in Control occurring pursuant to Section 18.15(C) or (D), upon the one year anniversary of the occurrence of a Potential Change in Control (or such earlier date as may be determined by the Board).

  • Related Classes As to any Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest, those classes of Certificates identified as "Related Classes of Certificates" to such Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest in the definition of Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest.

  • Emission Reduction Credits or “ERC(s)” means emission reductions that have been authorized by a local air pollution control district pursuant to California Division 26 Air Resources; Health and Safety Code Sections 40709 and 40709.5, whereby such district has established a system by which all reductions in the emission of air contaminants that are to be used to offset certain future increases in the emission of air contaminants shall be banked prior to use to offset future increases in emissions.

  • Appraisal Reduction Amount shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Servicing Agreement.

  • FX Reduction Amount is defined in Section 2.1.3.

  • Load Reduction Event means a reduction in demand by a Member or Special Member for the purpose of participating in the PJM Interchange Energy Market.

  • Potential Change of Control means any public announcement or statement by the Issuer, or by any actual or potential bidder(s) relating to any potential Change of Control of the Issuer.

If an Appraisal Reduction Event occurs with respect to any Serviced Mortgage Loan that is part of a Serviced Loan Combination, then an Appraisal Reduction Event shall be deemed to have occurred with respect to the related Serviced Companion Loan(s). If an Appraisal Reduction Event occurs with respect to any Serviced Companion Loan that is part of a Serviced Loan Combination, then an Appraisal Reduction Event shall be deemed to have occurred with respect to the related Serviced Mortgage Loan and any other Serviced Companion Loan(s) included as part of that Serviced Loan Combination. No Appraisal Reduction Event may occur at any time when the aggregate Certificate Balance of all Classes of Principal Balance Certificates (other than the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4 and Class A-AB Certificates) has been reduced to zero. The Special Servicer shall notify the Master Servicer and the Master Servicer shall notify the Special Servicer, as applicable, promptly upon the occurrence of any of the foregoing events.
