Operating Records definition

Operating Records means all agreements associated with the Facility, operating logs, blueprints for construction, operating manuals, all warranties on equipment, and all documents, whether in printed or electronic format, that Seller uses or maintains for the operation of the Facility.
Operating Records shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(a)(viii).
Operating Records means written records including, but not limited to, permit applications, monitoring reports, inspection reports, and other demonstrations of compliance with this Chapter, which records are kept on file at the facility or at an alternative location as approved by the Division.

More Definitions of Operating Records

Operating Records means a written record on approved forms, completed daily, outlining hours of operation, and all testing results (including bacterial, disinfectant residual, combined chlorine, pH, alkalinity, cyanuric acid, calcium hardness, and any changes to the pool operation).
