Small beer manufacturer definition

Small beer manufacturer means a small brewery or out-of-state brewer that brews, lagers and kegs, bottles or packages its own malt liquor, not to exceed 30,000 barrels per year.[PL 2019, c. 529, §9 (NEW).]
