Small cell facility means a wireless facility that meets both of the following qualifications: (i) each antenna is located inside an enclosure of no more than six cubic feet in volume, or, in the case of an antenna that has exposed elements, the antenna and all of its exposed elements could fit within an imaginary enclosure of no more than six cubic feet and (ii) all other wireless equipment associated with the facility has a cumulative volume of no more than 28 cubic feet, or such higher limit as is established by the Federal Communications Commission. The following types of associated equipment are not included in the calculation of equipment volume: electric meter, concealment, telecommunications demarcation boxes, back-up power systems, grounding equipment, power transfer switches, cut-off switches, and vertical cable runs for the connection of power and other services.
Small wireless facility means a wireless facility that meets both of the following qualifications:
Filter profile means a graphical representation of individual filter performance, based on continuous turbidity measurements or total particle counts versus time for an entire filter run, from startup to backwash inclusively, that includes an assessment of filter performance while another filter is being backwashed.
Multiple tomogram system means a computed tomography X-ray system which obtains X-ray transmission data simultaneously during a single scan to produce more than one tomogram.
Base Load Generation Resource means a Generation Capacity Resource that operates at least 90 percent of the hours that it is available to operate, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.
Profile means a building's cross-sectional shape or the shape of its outline.
Small customer means a retail customer that has an individual load with an average monthly demand of less than 5,000 kilowatts.
Small brewer means a brewer who manufactures less than 60,000 barrels of beer, heavy beer, and flavored malt beverages per year.
HUBZone small business concern means a small business concern that appears on the List of Qualified HUBZone Small Business Concerns maintained by the Small Business Administration.
Small business means a business that is a continuing, independent, for profit business which performs a commercially useful function with residence in Tennessee and has total gross receipts of no more than ten million dollars ($10,000,000) averaged over a three-year period or employs no more than ninety-nine (99) persons on a full-time basis.
Enhanced coagulation means the addition of sufficient coagulant for improved removal of disinfection byproduct precursors by conventional filtration treatment.
Small business concern means a concern, including its affiliates, that is independently owned and operated, not dominant in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, and qualified as a small business under the criteria in 13 CFR Part 121 and size standards in this solicitation.
Single tomogram system means a CT x-ray system which obtains x-ray transmission data during a scan to produce a single tomogram.
Loop Concentrator/Multiplexer or "LCM" is the Network Element that does one or more of the following: aggregates lower bit rate or bandwidth signals to higher bit rate or bandwidth signals (multiplexing); disaggregates higher bit rate or bandwidth signals to lower bit rate or bandwidth signals (demultiplexing); aggregates a specified number of signals or channels to fewer channels (concentrating); performs signal conversion, including encoding of signals (e.g., analog to digital and digital to analog signal conversion); or in some instances performs electrical to optical (E/O) conversion. LCM includes DLC, and D4 channel banks and may be located in Remote Terminals or Central Offices.
Well-logging means all operations involving the lowering and raising of measuring devices or tools that may contain sources of radiation into well-bores or cavities for the purpose of obtaining information about the well or adjacent formations.
Ordinary high-water mark (NR 115.03(6)) means the point on the bank or shore up to which the presence and action of surface water is so continuous as to leave a distinctive mark such as by erosion, destruction or prevention of terrestrial vegetation, predominance of aquatic vegetation, or other easily recognized characteristics.
In-stream Waste Concentration or "(IWC)" means the concentration of a discharge in the receiving water after mixing has occurred in the allocated zone of influence.
Small business firm means a small business concern as defined at section 2 of Pub. L. 85-536 (15 U.S.C. 632) and implementing regulations of the Administrator of the Small Business Administration. For the purpose of this clause, the size standards for small business concerns involved in Government procurement and subcontracting at 13 CFR 121.3-8 and 13 CFR 121.3-12, respectively, will be used.
Seasonal high water table means the level below the natural surface of the ground to which water seasonally rises in the soil in most years.
Small commercial customer means a DRAM Resource Customer which is a non-Residential Customer with monthly maximum demand of 20 kW or less, including agricultural/pumping customers (PA-1, PA-2, TOU-PA-2 rates) and TOU-EV3, service to electric charging facilities with monthly maximum demand of 20 kW or less. Excludes customers on rate schedules for fixed usage and unmetered service (Schedules LS-1, LS-2, OL-1, TC-1, Wi-Fi-1, and WTR).
Augment refers to a modification (increase/addition or decrease/reduction) to an existing Collocation Arrangement. Examples include changes to the space, cage, power, cross-connect cabling, conduit, vault, riser, or cabling associated with the Collocation Arrangement.
Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per million.
Multiple Bill/Single Tariff means the billing method used when Switched Exchange Access Services is jointly provided by the Parties. As described in the MECAB document, each Party will render a bill in accordance with its own tariff for that portion of the service it provides. Each Party will bill its own network access service rates.
Maximum Concentration Level Assessment means the Maximum Concentration Level Assessment for the purposes of a Basic Comprehensive Certificate of Approval, described in the Basic Comprehensive User Guide, prepared by a Toxicologist using currently available toxicological information, that demonstrates that the concentration at any Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern that does not have a Ministry Point of Impingement Limit is not likely to cause an adverse effect as defined by the EPA. The concentration at Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern must be calculated in accordance with O. Reg. 419/05.
Upgrade means a major version upgrade of any Platform software.
DNA profile means a letter or number code which represents a set of identification characteristics of the non-coding part of an analysed human DNA sample, i.e. the particular molecular structure at the various DNA locations (loci);
