Transfer Stations definition

Transfer Stations means those transfer stations listed on Exhibit E.

Transfer Stations means those facilities located in Westchester County where Solid Waste, garden and yard waste, Recyclables and Construction and Demolition Debris are received and transported off-site to a destination for final disposal, regardless of whether the materials are processed and regardless of the duration and frequency of operation of such facility.
