Examples of Smart Grid SGIP in a sentence

  • The Parties agree to use their commercially reasonable efforts to settle promptly any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to this Smart Grid SGIP through negotiation conducted in good faith between executives having authority to reach such a settlement.

  • The system shall be customer specific and post the current status of the Smart Grid SGIP process.

  • Compliance with Smart Grid SGIP: Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, LIPAT&D Manager shall be required to interconnect the Unit to LIPA’’s system, for purposes of parallel operation, if LIPAT&D Manager accepts the Unit as in compliance with the Smart Grid SGIP.

  • The Interconnection Customer's non-compliance with any modification to the Smart Grid SGIP, unless the Interconnection Customer's installation is "grandfathered," shall constitute good cause.

  • Smart grid means capital improvements to an electric distribution utility's distribution infrastructure that improve reliability, efficiency, resiliency, or reduce energy demand or use, including, but not limited to, advanced metering and automation of system functions.

  • Hybrid Loop means a Local Loop comprised of both fiber optic cable, usually in the feeder plant, and copper wire or cable usually in the distribution plant.

  • CAISO Grid means the system of transmission lines and associated facilities of the Participating Transmission Owners that have been placed under the CAISO’s operational control.

  • Short-Term Resource Procurement Target means, for Delivery Years through May 31, 2018, as to the PJM Region, for purposes of the Base Residual Auction, 2.5% of the PJM Region Reliability Requirement determined for such Base Residual Auction, for purposes of the First Incremental Auction, 2% of the of the PJM Region Reliability Requirement as calculated at the time of the Base Residual Auction; and, for purposes of the Second Incremental Auction, 1.5% of the of the PJM Region Reliability Requirement as calculated at the time of the Base Residual Auction; and, as to any Zone, an allocation of the PJM Region Short-Term Resource Procurement Target based on the Preliminary Zonal Forecast Peak Load, reduced by the amount of load served under the FRR Alternative. For any LDA, the LDA Short-Term Resource Procurement Target shall be the sum of the Short-Term Resource Procurement Targets of all Zones in the LDA.

  • COVID-19 test means a viral test for SARS-CoV-2 that is:

  • Digital Signal Level 3 (DS-3 means the 44.736 Mbps third level signal in the time division multiplex hierarchy.

  • Top Level Domain means the portion of the Domain Name to the right of the right-most period. (In the example, “COM”.) “Second Level Domain” means that portion of a domain name to the left of the right-most period, up to the second period from the right, if any, plus the Top Level Domain.   • Market Participant Energy Injection means transactions in the Day-ahead Energy Market and Real-time Energy Market, including but not limited to Day-ahead generation schedules, real- time generation output, Increment Offers, internal bilateral transactions and import transactions, as further described in the PJM Manuals.

  • State Level Monitoring Cell means the body constituted by the State Government for the control and elimination of ragging in institutions within the jurisdiction of the State, established under a State Law or on the advice of the Central Government, as the case may be.

  • Base Load Generation Resource means a Generation Capacity Resource that operates at least 90 percent of the hours that it is available to operate, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.

  • Digital Signal Level 1 (DS-1 means the 1.544 Mbps first level signal in the time division multiplex hierarchy.

  • Vehicle measuring attitude means the position of the vehicle as defined by the co-ordinates of fiducial marks in the three-dimensional reference system.

  • Acceptable earned value management system means an earned value management system that generally complies with system criteria in paragraph (b) of this clause.

  • Net metering customer means a customer of the electric distribution company

  • Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.

  • Day-ahead System Energy Price means the System Energy Price resulting from the Day- ahead Energy Market.

  • Supplier Profit Margin means, in relation to a period, the Supplier Profit for the relevant period divided by the total Charges over the same period in respect of any Call Off Agreements and expressed as a percentage;

  • Excluded Downtime has the meaning set forth in Section 2 below.

  • Digital Signal Level 0 or "DS0" means the 64 Kbps zero-level signal in the time-division multiplex hierarchy.

  • Mean Sea Level means the average height of the sea for all stages of the tide. It is used as a reference for establishing various elevations within the floodplain. For the purposes of this Ordinance, the term is synonymous with the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, to which Base Flood Elevations shown on a community's Flood Insurance Rate Map are referenced.

  • B-BBEE status level of contributor means the B-BBEE status of an entity in terms of a code of good practice on black economic empowerment, issued in terms of section 9(1) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;

  • Reference evapotranspiration or “ETo” means a standard measurement of environmental parameters which affect the water use of plants. ETo is given expressed in inches per day, month, or year as represented in Appendix C of these Guidelines, and is an estimate of the evapotranspiration of a large field of four to seven-inch tall, cool-season grass that is well watered. Reference evapotranspiration is used as the basis of determining the Maximum Applied Water Allowances.
