SmartSaver User definition

SmartSaver User or “User” - a natural person or legal entity who has opened a SmartSaver Account with Monefit Card under the SmartSaver Terms. “SmartSaver Website” xxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx, any subdomains thereof, and any other websites through which Monefit Card makes its services available.
SmartSaver User or “User” a natural person or legal entity who has opened a SmartSaver Account with Monefit under the SmartSaver Terms. “SmartSaver Website” xxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx, any subdomains thereof, and any other websites through which Monefit makes its services available. “Tax” or “Taxation” includes (without limitation) any present or future tax, levy, impost, duty, charge, assessment or fee of any nature (including interest, penalties and additions thereto) that is imposed by any tax authority in respect of any payments processed by Monefit pursuant to these Terms, and “Taxes” shall be construed accordingly thereto. “Withholding Tax” any charge, deduction or withholding for or on account of any Tax required by any applicable law, as modified by the practice of any governmental revenue authority, then in effect.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Network User means each natural or legal person having concluded a Standard Transmission Agreement with the TSO for Transmission Services in the Transmission Grid.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Alarm user means the person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company, or organization of any kind in control of any building, structure, or facility or portion thereof wherein an alarm system is maintained.

  • Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of a CLEC End User measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by SBC-13STATE and forwarded to CLEC.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Hyperlink means a special HTML code that allows text or graphics to serve as a link that, when clicked on, takes a user to another place in the same document, to another document, or to another Internet Web site or Web page.

  • Dell means Dell Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • Network Service User means an entity using Network Transmission Service.

  • Fiserv means Fiserv, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation.

  • VAR means value-at-risk.

  • Smart Meter means a meter which tells us how much Energy you are using without us having to visit your home and which enables you to see how much Energy you are using;

  • Retailer means every person engaged in the business of making sales at retail, or for distribution,
