SNI Director definition

SNI Director means any individual who is a director of SNI as of the Distribution Date and who is not a Joint EWS/SNI Director or an EWS Director.

Examples of SNI Director in a sentence

  • For purposes of this Section 6.01, the term SNI Participant shall be deemed to include each SNI Director and each Joint EWS/SNI Director (but only with respect to one-half of his or her deferred compensation account).

  • Thereafter, the EWS Phantom Stock Units held by a SNI Director shall be converted into SNI Phantom Stock Units; provided, however, that from and after the Distribution Date the number of SNI Phantom Stock Units held by the individual as a result of the conversion shall equal the product obtained by multiplying (i) the number of EWS Phantom Stock Units held by a SNI Director immediately prior to the Distribution Date, by (ii) the quotient obtained by dividing (x) the EWS Ratio, by (y) the SNI Ratio.

  • shadow director means, in relation to a company, any person in accordance with whose directions or instructions the directors of the company are accustomed to act, but the person is not deemed to be a shadow director by reason only that the directors act on advice given by him in a professional capacity; and

  • Chairman-cum-Managing Director means Chairman-cum-Managing Director of any of the Subsidiary Companies of Coal India Limited, presently Central Coalfields Limited, Eastern Coalfields Limited, Western Coalfields Limited, Bharat Coking Coal Limited, Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited, South Eastern Coalfields Limited, Northern Coalfields Limited and Mahanadi Coalfields Limited.

  • Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.

  • Executive Chairman means the Executive Chairman of the Board.

  • Member Director means a Director elected or appointed pursuant to section 8(2)(a) of the Act and Section 5.02;

  • Lead Director means, at any given time, the lead, independent member (if any) elected as such by the Board and occupying such position.

  • Funeral director means any person engaged in the practice of funeral directing.

  • Series A Director means any director of the Company that the holders of record of the Series A Preferred Stock are entitled to elect pursuant to the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation.
