Sobriety and drug monitoring program definition

Sobriety and drug monitoring program or “program” means the program established pursuant to section 901D.3.
Sobriety and drug monitoring program or “24/7 program” means the statewide sobriety and drug monitoring program established in Iowa Code chapter 901D.
