Social Media definition

Social Media means web-based applications and on-line forums that allow users to interact, share and publish content such as text, links, photos, audio and video;
Social Media means any program or application which enables people and companies to communicate directly with each other or post content in a public manner. Examples include but are not limited to Facebook®, Twitter® and Instagram®.
Social Media means publicly available, third party hosted, interactive web technologies used to produce, post and interact through text, images, video and audio to inform, share, promote, collaborate or network.

  • To the extent the Deliverables include posts on Contractor’s Social Media, Company shall have the right to “whitelist” and/or boost the Deliverables and to amplify and promote the Deliverables via paid media, including via sponsored/promoted/paid posts.

  • If the End-User wishes to place a litigation hold on some or all of the End-User Data archived by Pagefreezer for Services limited to Social Media this can be done by the End-User directly via the Account, for Services that include Website please send an email to xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx identifying the pages and dates to be held or provide notice using the web form made available on our website.
