Social Value means the Authority’s commitments to delivering Value for Money, environmental and social benefits, Net Zero by 2050, efficient use of resources, greater social inclusion, support for innovation, better risk management and improved supplier relationships. These principles are underpinned by the obligations laid down in in the Social Value Act 2012, the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the Equality Act 2010;
Social Value means social value as described in the Public Services (Social Value) Xxx 0000 as amended from time to time. Environmental, social and economic benefits associated with, relevant and proportionate to, the subject matter of the contract and accruing to the area in which the procuring body is operating;
Social Value means having regard to economic, social and environmental wellbeing as set out in the Public Service (Social Value) Act 2012 (as amended or replaced) in relation to public services contracts;

Social Value means that the Services as described will take into consideration but not be limited to employment of people with barriers; working with social enterprises; community development; and / or utilizing locally available materials where and when ever possible.
