SOFR Index value means, in respect of any U.S. Government Securities Business Day, the value of the SOFR Index published for such U.S. Government Securities Business Day as such value appears on the by the SOFR Administrator’s Website at the Specified Time on such U.S. Government Securities Business Day;

  • End” means the SOFR Index value on the date that is the number ofU.S. Government Securities Business Days specified in the applicable Pricing Term Sheet or Prospectus preceding the Interest Payment Date relating to such Interest Period (or in the final Interest Period, the Maturity Date).

  • Subject as provided in Valuation and Settlement Condition 9, the following provisions (the "SOFR Fallback Provisions") will apply if in respect of any relevant determination date a SOFR or SOFR Index value, as applicable, has not been provided or published by or on behalf of the relevant administrator (or any successor administrator) or authorised distributers or the relevant website is not available.

  • SOFR Index means, with respect to any U.S. Government Securities Business Day:

  • SOFR IndexEnd means the SOFR Index value on the day which is five U.S. Government Securities Business Days preceding the Interest Payment Date relating to such Interest Period (or in the final Interest Period, the Maturity Date).

  • Index Level means, in respect of any day and subject to Adjustment Provisions: (a) in respect of an Index (other than a Multiple Exchange Index), the closing level of such Index at the Valuation Time on such day; and (b) in respect of an Index that is a Multiple Exchange Index, the official closing level of the Index on such day at the Valuation Time as calculated and published by the Index Sponsor each as rounded up to four decimal places (with 0.00005 being rounded up), all as determined by the Calculation Agent.
