Software Agents definition

Software Agents means the software provided by AppViewX which enables automation.
Software Agents means Continuum's proprietary, hosted, remote IT infrastructure monitoring and management platform, as that platform may be modified by Continuum from time-to-time, which enables MSPs to manage desktops, servers, mobile devices, applications and other network devices at End-Client sites via the Internet.

  • You agree not to remove, disable, circumvent, or otherwise disrupt any Software Agents unless we explicitly direct you to do so.

  • Siemens means Siemens AG (Germany) and its Affiliates.

  • Supported Software means the supported software identified in the Proposal. System means the designated information technology environment in which the Software is to be used. Term means the term of this Agreement specified in clause 2.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail.
