Supported Software definition

Supported Software means the supported software identified in the Proposal. System means the designated information technology environment in which the Software is to be used. Term means the term of this Agreement specified in clause 2.
Supported Software with regard to this Run On Premise Model means any Software (as defined in the Outsourcing Agreement) that Partner provides services for to End Users under the relevant Outsourcing Agreement.
Supported Software means the Software installed on Your premises that are under a current and valid license and for which You purchased Services, and does not include any modifications made by You or a third party on Your behalf, any modifications to the Supported Software made by NVIDIA pursuant to a consulting services agreement or any portion of the Supported Software not developed by NVIDIA.

Examples of Supported Software in a sentence

  • Support does not include any item that Redis Labs offers separately from the Supported Software or that Redis Labs makes available for an additional fee.

  • Such efforts may include helping with diagnosis, suggesting workarounds, providing patches, or making a change to the Supported Software in a new release.

  • As part of the Support Services and at no additional subscription fee, Redis Labs will provide Customer with all new versions of the Supported Software that it generally releases (at its sole discretion), including to the extent such are available, all updates of existing functionalities and bug fixes.

  • An “Issue” is a material and verifiable failure of the Supported Software to conform to its Documentation.

  • Support Services will not be provided for (a) use of the Supported Software in a manner inconsistent with the applicable Documentation, (b) modifications to the Supported Software not provided by or approved in writing by Redis Labs, or (c) use of the Supported Software with products or software not provided or approved in writing by Redis Labs.


More Definitions of Supported Software

Supported Software means the supported software identified in the Proposal. System means the designated information technology environment in which the Software is to be used. Tax Invoice has the meaning given to that term in the GST Act. Term means the term of this Agreement specified in clause 2.
Supported Software means Software for which Support Services were purchased, but always excluding Third-Party Products, their related instruction manuals and documentation.
Supported Software means the current released version of the Software and any other version of such Software that is not Extended Support Software or Retired Software.
Supported Software means any software included in your Subscription.
Supported Software has the meaning set out in Clause 10.3.
Supported Software or “Supported Software Products” shall mean the computer software licensed from either a third-party vendor or ImageSoft to be supported by ImageSoft under this SMA, all of which is either; a) listed in a related SOW and completely paid for; or b) preexisting and identified in Appendix A; or c) purchased at a future date and specifically identified as being supported under this SMA.
Supported Software means the specific versions of software on specific platforms for which MariaDB provides Subscription Services, as described in the Subscription Services Policies.
