Except as set forth in the Contract, Lessee acknowledges that Lessor is not the manufacturer or licensor of the Hardware or Software Assets.
Except to the extent Lessor is the manufacturer or licensor of the Hardware or Software Assets, Lessee specifically waives all right to make claim against Lessor for breach of any warranty of any kind whatsoever; and with respect to Lessor, Lessee leases the Hardware and Software “as is”.
