Software Assets definition

Software Assets means all Software that Seller has an ownership interest of any nature in and is used in connection with the Business, including the Software set forth on Section 4.09(a) of the Disclosure Schedules.
Software Assets means all Software that forms a part of the Purchased Assets.
Software Assets means the software and intellectual property embodied therein set forth on Exhibit K, including all versions thereof in source and object code format, and related documentation.

More Definitions of Software Assets

Software Assets means all information technology systems and software (whether in source code or object code) and all related license, maintenance and service Contracts.
