Software Media definition

Software Media means the disks/media on which the Software is distributed.

Software Media refer to a physical means or manifestation primarily adapted to convey, record, store or carry software, a representation of a copy of such software being provided by details of such media. The terms include any tape, document, semiconductor memory, wave(s) or other physical means or manifestation comprising one or more such media and primarily adapted to convey such software to means external thereto or to persons, but the terms do not mean software or copy.
