Software Support Fee definition

Software Support Fee means the fee payable for Software Support, if applicable.

Examples of Software Support Fee in a sentence

  • Default by Customer includes, but is not limited to, Customer’s failure to pay the Software Support Fee within thirty (30) days after notice that the same is thirty (30) days or more delinquent.

  • Once terminated, Software Support can be re-instated by purchasing the upgrade for the latest version (if applicable), paying Consulting Services fees for updating the install (if applicable) and paying the then applicable Software Support Fee.

  • Thereafter, Buyer shall pay to Seller a [*] basic annual Software support fee ("Basic Annual Software Support Fee") for basic annual support of the Software ("Basic Annual Software Support") as set forth in Exhibit 2.07, attached hereto.

  • Buyer must pay the Basic Annual Software Support Fee in order to obtain Software, Software updates and Software Releases and any other Software support set forth in Exhibit 2,07, attached hereto.

  • Price and payment of the Basic Annual Software Support Fee shall be subject to the terms and conditions as set forth in Exhibit 2.06, attached hereto.

  • Software Releases shall be made available to Buyer as part of the Basic Annual Software Support Fee and [*].

Related to Software Support Fee

  • Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.

  • Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • SAP Delivered Support means SAP’s support offering to directly provide support to End Users subject to the terms and conditions set out in the EUMA.

  • Customer Support means the services by which 21Vianet may provide assistance to Customer to resolve issues with the Services.

  • Basic life support means emergency first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation procedures to maintain life without invasive techniques.

  • Software License means a license for the Software granted under this XXXX to the Licensee;

  • SAP Support means SAP's then current support offering made available to Customer, as stated in the Order Form.

  • License Fee means the amount payable by the licensee to DMRC as per rates offered by the Selected Bidder for utilization of licensed space and accepted by DMRC to be paid by the Licensee along with other charges and any kind of Central or State Taxes, local levies, statutory dues, etc. that may be payable by the licensee as per prevalent law.

  • Wireless support structure means a freestanding structure designed to support or capable of supporting small cell wireless facilities. Wireless support structure does not include a utility pole.

  • Computer software maintenance contract means a contract that obligates a seller of computer software to provide a customer with:

  • Crew Support Costs means all expenses of a general nature which are not particularly referable to any individual vessel for the time being managed by the Managers and which are incurred by the Managers for the purpose of providing an efficient and economic management service and, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, shall include the cost of crew standby pay, training schemes for officers and ratings, cadet training schemes, sick pay, study pay, recruitment and interviews.

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • License Fees means all non-refundable fees payable by Licensee to OT with respect to the granting of Software Licenses; “License Model” means the description of the conditions, limitations and restrictions associated with the Software License which govern the use of the Software, as set out in the applicable License Model Schedule;

  • Software License Agreement means the Motorola Software License Agreement (Exhibit A).

  • Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as Software Upgrade will be identified A.B.x where the A &B designates the release as a Software Upgrade.

  • Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.
