Software Support Fee definition

Software Support Fee means the fee payable for Software Support, if applicable.

Examples of Software Support Fee in a sentence

  • During the Term of this Agreement and the Merchant Transaction Processing Agreement Merchant shall pay a Software Support Fee per Equipment terminal as indicated on POS Exhibit A.

  • Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.
