Solar operator definition

Solar operator means the person or entity that installs, owns, or controls the dual-use solar energy generation facilities, structures, and equipment.
Solar operator is defined in Section 12.4 below. "Solar System" is defined in Section 12.4 below. "Subletting Expenses" is defined in Section 26 below. "SWPPP" is defined in Section 15.10(a) below.
Solar operator means the entity that has primary responsibility for operating, maintaining, and/ or managing a Solar Project on a Parcel.
