Signaling Transfer Point (“STP”) means a signaling point that performs message routing functions and provides information for the routing of messages between signaling points within or between CCIS networks. A STP transmits, receives and processes CCIS messages.
Type II transfer means that phrase as defined by Section 3 of the Executive Organization Act of 1965, 1965 PA 380, MCL 16.103.
Type III transfer means that term as defined under Section 3(c) of the Executive Organization Act of 1965, 1965 PA 380, MCL 16.103.
Servicing Transfer Event means any of the events specified in the Servicing Agreement, whereby the servicing of the Mortgage Loan is required to be transferred to the Special Servicer from the Master Servicer.
Power Transfer Distribution Factor or “PTDF” shall mean a measure of the responsiveness or change in electrical loadings on Transmission Facilities due to a change in electric power transfer from one area to another, expressed in percent (up to 100%) of the change in power transfer in the pre-contingency configuration of a system under study.
Non-Transfer Event means any event or other changes in circumstances other than a purported Transfer, including, without limitation, any change in the value of any Shares.
Transfer Event means (i) a transfer of the ownership of a project, (ii) the sale or assignment of a partnership interest in a project owner and/or (iii) the refinancing of secured debt on a project. The following shall not be deemed a Transfer Event: (i) the transfer of the project or a partnership or membership interest in a project owner in which reserves remain with the project and the debt encumbering the project is not increased, refinanced or otherwise modified, (ii) the refinancing of project debt which does not increase the outstanding principal balance of the debt other than in the amount of the closing costs and fees paid to the project lender and third parties as transaction
Excluded Transfer means any transfer of VMTP Shares (1) to a tender option bond trust in which the Purchaser and/or its Affiliates collectively own all of the residual interests, (2) in connection with a distribution in-kind to the holders of securities of or receipts representing an ownership interest in any tender option bond trust in which the Purchaser and/or its Affiliates collectively own all of the residual interests, (3) in connection with a repurchase financing transaction or (4) relating to a collateral pledge arrangement.
Exempt Transfer means, in relation to shares held by a member:
Distributed Generator means a person who owns or operates Distributed Generation;
Deportation or forcible transfer of population means forced displacement of the persons concerned by expulsion or other coercive acts from the area in which they are lawfully present, without grounds permitted under international law;
Risk Transfer Date means the date when the risk of loss or damage to the Works passes from the Contractor to the Employer in accordance with sub Clauses 38.2 and 39.1.
Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF means a second frame that augments an existing Main Distribution Frame. Lines or outside cables that do not terminate on the IDF.
Total Transfer Capability or “TTC” shall mean the amount of electric power that can be moved or transferred reliably from one area to another area of the interconnected Transmission Systems by way of all transmission lines (or paths) between those areas under specified system conditions.
Principal Transfer Amount For any Distribution Date and any Undercollateralized Group, the excess, if any, of the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Class A Certificates related to such Undercollateralized Group over the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans in such Group.
Qualified Census Tract means any Census tract which is designated by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development as having 50 percent or more of the households at an income level which is less than 60 percent of the Area Gross Median Income in accordance with Section 42(d)(5) of the Code.
Reais Transfer Date means each Business Day of each calendar month following a Business Day when, as of the Balance Transfer Time for the Bond Administrator, there are available funds in the Collections Account for allocation in accordance with the Indenture.
Available Transfer Capability or “ATC” shall mean a measure of the transfer capability remaining in the physical transmission network for further commercial activity over and above already committed uses.
IDR Transfer Agreement means an agreement to transfer, subject to the terms of Tariff, Part VI, section 237, Incremental Deliverability Rights to a party for the purpose of eliminating or reducing the need for Local or Network Upgrades that would otherwise have been the responsibility of the party receiving such rights. “Immediate-need Reliability Project” shall have the same meaning provided in the Operating Agreement.
Incremental Capacity Transfer Right means a Capacity Transfer Right allocated to a Generation Interconnection Customer or Transmission Interconnection Customer obligated to fund a transmission facility or upgrade, to the extent such upgrade or facility increases the transmission import capability into a Locational Deliverability Area, or a Capacity Transfer Right allocated to a Responsible Customer in accordance with Tariff, Schedule 12A.
Servicing Transfer Any transfer of the servicing by a Prior Servicer of Mortgage Loans to the Servicer under this Agreement.

Servicing Transfer Date The date on which a Servicing Transfer occurs.
Capacity Transmission Injection Rights means the rights to schedule energy and capacity deliveries at a Point of Interconnection of a Merchant Transmission Facility with the Transmission System. Capacity Transmission Injection Rights may be awarded only to a Merchant D.C. Transmission Facility and/or Controllable A.C. Merchant Transmission Facilities that connects the Transmission System to another control area. Deliveries scheduled using Capacity Transmission Injection Rights have rights similar to those under Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service or, if coupled with a generating unit external to the PJM Region that satisfies all applicable criteria specified in the PJM Manuals, similar to Capacity Interconnection Rights.
