The Owner agrees that any membership shall be sold by the Owner or by a member only in the manner provided in Article III, Section 8 of the "Model Form of By-Laws" for Cooperatives and for the "Transfer Value" amount as shown in Exhibit C attached.
A sale by a member shall be supported by a certification delivered to the Owner by the seller and the purchaser as to the amount of the sales price not in excess of that permitted by the Transfer Value in Exhibit C.
