This indemnity shall not apply to any infringement resulting directly and solely from any amendments, modifications or enhancements of the Systems or the Source Technology undertaken by the Purchaser without license or right to use.

Except as set forth on Section 2.15(i) of the Disclosure Schedule, no Open Source Technology or any modification or derivative thereof was or is used in, linked to, incorporated into, integrated or bundled with, or used in the development or compilation (other than generally available commercial compilers) of the Software or Company Products.
The use of Open Source Technology is in compliance with the applicable Open Source Technology licenses.
Developer shall provide Cisco with advance and timely notice of the existence and the source of any Open Source Technology incorporated into any Updates it provides to Cisco after the Effective Date.
