Source Technology definition

Source Technology means inventions, drawings, designs, developments, software and technical information including but not limited to know- how, data, formulae, specifications, procedures and techniques provided by the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract and which is in existence at the Effective Date.

  • This indemnity shall not apply to any infringement resulting directly and solely from any amendments, modifications or enhancements of the Systems or the Source Technology undertaken by the Purchaser without license or right to use.

  • The Purchasers and C&W acknowledge that all Intellectual Property Rights in the Source Technology and the Licensed Software are vested, and shall remain vested, in the Contractor or its licensors.

  • Except as set forth on Section 2.15(i) of the Disclosure Schedule, no Open Source Technology or any modification or derivative thereof was or is used in, linked to, incorporated into, integrated or bundled with, or used in the development or compilation (other than generally available commercial compilers) of the Software or Company Products.

  • The use of Open Source Technology is in compliance with the applicable Open Source Technology licenses.

  • Developer shall provide Cisco with advance and timely notice of the existence and the source of any Open Source Technology incorporated into any Updates it provides to Cisco after the Effective Date.

Related to Source Technology

  • Company Technology means all Technology used in or necessary for the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or owned or held for use by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.

  • Licensee Technology means the Licensee Know-How and Licensee Patents.

  • Product Technology means the Product Know-How and Product Patents.

  • New Technology means methods, products, processes and procedures developed through science or research;
