Southern Energy Group definition

Southern Energy Group means Southern Energy, each Subsidiary and Affiliated Company of Southern Energy immediately after the Separation Date and each Person that becomes a Subsidiary or Affiliate Company of Southern Energy after the Separation Date; provided that the Southern Energy Group shall not include HoldCo, SE Finance, SE Capital Funding or Southern Company Energy Solutions, Inc.
Southern Energy Group has the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.
