Those rights include audits of the performance of Georgia Power Company, as agent for the other Owners, the provision of relevant information to the Owners relating to the development, planning, design, licensing, acquisition, construction, completion, startup and commissioning of the Units, and audits of Georgia Power Company or Southern Nuclear of the costs associated with the Units which are charged to or paid by the Owners.
