S&P Collateral Principal Amount means as of any Determination Date:
S&P Collateral Principal Amount. As of any date of determination, the Collateral Principal Xxxxxx (calculated without including the Aggregate Principal Balance of any Defaulted Obligations) plus the S&P Collateral Value of all Defaulted Obligations that have been Defaulted Obligations for less than three years.
S&P Collateral Principal Amount means as of any date of determination:(iii) Agent Members shall have no rights under this Indenture with respect to any Global Securities held on their behalf by the Trustee, as custodian for DTC and DTC may be treated by the Applicable Issuer, the Trustee and any agent of the Applicable Issuer or the Trustee as the absolute owner of such Security for all purposes whatsoever.
