S&P Weighted Average Floating Spread Matrix. A spread between 2.00% and 8.00% (in increments of .01%) without exceeding the current Weighted Average Spread (determined as if all Discount Loans instead constituted Collateral Loans that are not Discount Loans) as of such Measurement Date.
S&P Weighted Average Floating Spread Matrix means a spread between 1.50% and 7.00% (in increments of .01%) without exceeding the current Weighted Average Spread (determined as if all Discount Loans instead constituted Collateral Loans that are not Discount Loans) as of such Measurement Date.

  • Weighted Average Life means, as of any date, with respect to any debt security, the quotient obtained by dividing (i) the sum of the products of the number of years from such date to the dates of each successive scheduled principal payment (including any sinking fund payment requirements) of such debt security multiplied by the amount of such principal payment, by (ii) the sum of all such principal payments.

  • Weighted Average Life to Maturity means, when applied to any Indebtedness at any date, the number of years obtained by dividing: (a) the sum of the products obtained by multiplying (i) the amount of each then remaining installment, sinking fund, serial maturity or other required payments of principal, including payment at final maturity, in respect thereof, by (ii) the number of years (calculated to the nearest one-twelfth) that will elapse between such date and the making of such payment; by (b) the then outstanding principal amount of such Indebtedness.
