Weighted Average Coupon definition

Weighted Average Coupon means, with respect to Fixed Rate Obligations (excluding Defaulted Loans), as of any date, the number obtained by:

Weighted Average Coupon means, as of any day, the number expressed as a percentage equal to (i) the sum, for each Eligible Collateral Obligation (including, for any Deferrable Collateral Obligation, only the required current cash pay interest thereon) that is a Fixed Rate Collateral Obligation of (x) the interest rate for such Collateral Obligation minus the LIBOR Rate multiplied by (y) the Collateral Obligation Amount of each such Collateral Obligation divided by (ii) the sum of the Collateral Obligation Amounts for all Eligible Collateral Obligations that are Fixed Rate Collateral Obligations.

Weighted Average Coupon means, with respect to any Loan Action Date, the weighted average APR of all Loans in the Loan Action Date Loan Pool for such Loan Action Date, determined based upon (i) the Loan Action Date Loan Principal Balance of such Loans and (ii) the APR of such Loans as of the close of business on the last day of the Collection Period immediately preceding such Loan Action Date (or, if such Loan did not exist as of the last day of such Collection Period, the date on which such Loan was originated).

Weighted Average Coupon means, as of any date of determination, the number (expressed as a percentage) equal to (i) the Aggregate Funded Coupon divided by (ii) the aggregate Adjusted Borrowing Value of all Eligible Loan Assets included in the Collateral Portfolio that are Fixed Rate Loan Assets; provided that, if the foregoing amount is less than the Minimum Weighted Average Coupon, the amount of the Spread Excess, if any, as of such date of determination, shall be added to such amount.

As of any date, the number, expressed as a percentage, determined by summing the products obtained by multiplying: For each Fixed Rate Obligation, the stated interest coupon on such Collateral Obligation X The principal balance of such Collateral Obligation (excluding the unfunded portion of any Delayed Drawdown Collateral Obligations or Revolving Collateral Obligations) and dividing such sum by: the aggregate principal balance of all Fixed Rate Obligations as of such date (in each case, excluding the unfunded portion of any Delayed Drawdown Collateral Obligations or Revolving Collateral Obligations that are Fixed Rate Obligations); provided that if the foregoing amount is less than 6.50%, then all or a portion of the Weighted Average Coupon Adjustment, if any, as of such date, to the extent not exceeding such shortfall, shall be added to such result; provided, further, that for purposes of this definition, the stated interest coupon of each Step-Up Obligation will be deemed to be its current rate of interest and the stated interest coupon of each Step-Down Obligation will be deemed to be the lowest rate of interest that such Collateral Obligation will by its terms pay in the future solely as a function of the passage of time.

Weighted Average Coupon means, as of any day with respect to all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance, the number expressed as a percentage obtained by dividing (i) the sum for each Eligible Collateral Obligation (including, for any Deferrable Collateral Obligation, only the required current cash pay interest thereon) that is a Fixed Rate Collateral Obligation of (x) the interest rate for each such Collateral Obligation minus the LIBOR Rate multiplied by (y) the Collateral Obligation Amount of each such Collateral Obligation by (ii) the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance for Fixed Rate Collateral Obligations.
