SPAC Unit definition

SPAC Unit means the units issued by SPAC in SPAC’s IPO or the exercise of the underwritersoverallotment option each consisting of one SPAC Class A Ordinary Share and one-half of a SPAC Warrant;
SPAC Unit means a unit of SPAC comprised of one SPAC Ordinary Share and one SPAC Right.
SPAC Unit means one share of SPAC Class A Common Stock and one-half of one SPAC Warrant.

  • Each SPAC Unit outstanding immediately prior to the Merger Effective Time shall be automatically detached and the holder thereof shall be deemed to hold one (1) share of SPAC Class A Ordinary Share, one-half (1/2) of one SPAC Warrant, and one (1) SPAC Right in accordance with the terms of the applicable SPAC Unit, which underlying SPAC Securities shall be converted in accordance with the applicable terms of this Section 3.4 below.

More Definitions of SPAC Unit

SPAC Unit means a unit of SPAC, par value $0.0001 per unit, consisting of (a) one (1) SPAC Share and (b) one half of one (0.5) SPAC Warrant.
