Unit definition

Unit and “Quality” means the unit and quantity specified in the schedule.
Unit means a Partnership Security that is designated as a “Unit” and shall include Common Units and Subordinated Units but shall not include (i) a General Partner Interest or (ii) Incentive Distribution Rights.
Unit means a Common Unit of the Partnership.

Unit means the interest of the unitholders in a scheme, which consists of each unit representing one undivided share in the assets of a scheme.
