SPAM POLICY definition

SPAM POLICY. You are strictly prohibited from using the Software or any of the Company's services for illegal spam activities, including gathering email addresses and personal information from others or sending any mass commercial emails.
SPAM POLICY. The transmission of any type of material, whether graphical or textual in content, to other subscribers or non-subscribers without their express consent is prohibited under the terms of this agreement. Any violations of our SPAM policy will result in immediate termination. Any complaints received from our subscribers or non- subscribers of unsolicited materials will result in a charge of $150.00 per complaint charged to the offending subscribers account automatically. It is illegal to send any email using ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ services with forged or disguised email addresses. Unauthorized use of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Equipment: Any subscriber attempting to attack, hack, damage, or compromise the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ equipment in any way will be billed at $250.00 per hour, with a minimum billable time period of 1 hour, to track the offending subscriber and repair any damage they may have caused.
SPAM POLICY. You are strictly prohibited from using Our services to: transmit (by email, uploading, posting or otherwise), distribute, download, copy, cache, host or store on a server any spam, Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE); operate mailing lists, listservs or mailing services that target an audience and that has not voluntarily signed up for email information using a double opt-in process or that has not made their email addresses available to Subscriber for distribution of information; effect spamming via third-party proxy, aggregation of proxy lists or installation of proxy mailing software; accept and process third-party messages for sending without user identification and authentication; host, or permit hosting of, web pages, sites or information advertised within SPAM, UCE or UBE from another network (such as spamvertising); violate any applicable law or statute, establishing requirements for sending certain types of commercial mail.

Related to SPAM POLICY
